The Challenge

Department and branch leaders were long-term with many planning to leave the organization within 3-5 years with few ready to replace outgoing leaders. Organization had a strong service culture, minimal sales culture.

OUR SOLUTION

MBC implemented a customized blended training program for the Senior Leadership team that was agile, and relevant cascading to all levels of leadership and high potential leaders. Development ranged from Executive Leadership Academy, Leadership Academy, Leadership Coaching and Developing High Potential Leaders.  Leadership coaching was supported to develop a strong relationship sales culture focusing on customer needs.
